First 3 month bloods on trt

Hey everyone I'm getting my 3 month blood results in now, one aspect of trt that had me worried was my blood platlet levels. I got those back and some right on the edge, but my absolute monocytes came back high lymphocytes slightly elevated.

These weren't even on my radar as a possible issue it could be from a stuffy nose earlier in the week, but for assurances sake I'm reaching out to see if anyone else has gotten that type of results back.

Yeah I had a stuffy nose a day or 2 before for an afternoon but I attributed that to allergies, I suppose it could have kicked it off somehow. I know it's probably irrational to worry about out of all the other potential issues.

The body makes white blood cells when it thinks it is sick so i myselt wouldn't sweat it unless it was a trend that happened a few times.

So full trough bloods finally came back. My estradiol is sky high. I know AIs are typically more last resort, but this number also kind of rocked me. I will say the symptoms are there the first month and half sex drive was of the charts and everything was fine, later libido dropped off and some ED issues started.

Would it be better to lower dose and spread it out to prevent spikes or look more into an AI. Since this is trough I'm probably 1100-1300 and 100+ peak.

What is your dose and how often do you inject.

I reposted this over in the bloods area totally missed that area the first time, 80 mg 2x a week. Looks like I'll be trying 20 mg daily at first and see if that helps.
