now what fishoil do u recommend in order to obtain the levels they suggest in order to assist in cholesterol and the above mentioned paragraph?

Krill oil is best, I take 4 grams a day, some take more, some less

Thanks fd, so krill is the best... Any recommendations so i can get the epa/dha they recommend for cholesterol i posted?

And y krill over salmon and others?
