The only caveat is if you clearly break one of the rules, we ask you to please stop, and then you want to argue with us or name call. In which case I will absolutely give you a temp ban.

Also, be careful about labeling things inaccurate. For example, there is technically no safe way to use DNP since there's no way to counteract it or get it out of your system; yet you keep saying you believe it can be used safely. Be prepared for people to come at you over opinions that you state as if they are facts.

These rules may be updated at ant time. The forum is here for the purpose of promoting education of Bodybuilding, nutrition, training and anabolic steroids and their use in weight training.

We have a couple of features here at UGBB that new members should become familiar with. One is the SEARCH feature. Chances are any question you may have has been asked previously, and pertinent threads are in the archives. The second feature is the IGNORE button. This allows you to not see content/posts from any person(s) that you desire. Both are highly recommended.

BOARD RULES:

1. Every member here is valued and appreciated, everyone is to be respected. Debate and discussion is encouraged, but flaming, name calling and childish fighting is not. Public call outs and drama will not be tolerated.

2. There will be no arguing in the chatbox, if you have a problem with someone take it to PM or email.

3. Flaming or attacking staff of UGBB is strictly prohibited and could result in an immediate removal from the forum.

4. Source Checking: This is not a source board, do not ask anyone for one. This will not be tolerated. We don't know you, do the work and find your own. There is no source checking by staff. If you have a question about a brand or source, post it in the Uncensored Underground subforum ONLY.

5. PM system: Misuse of the PM system for advertising purposes or to solicit business from a member is not tolerated. Confidential communication between two willing counterparts is one thing but when you send a PM to a member soliciting a source or trying to push product and it's brought to our attention proper actions will be taken.

6. Publicly disclosing someone's personal information: Please respect the confidentiality and anonymity of each member. Disclosing someone's personal information, unless the person is a confirmed scammer or reverse scammer, could be grounds for a permanent ban. By "confirmed" that means you have obtained permission from the Admin or a Mod before posting this information.

7. Moderation: If we wish to move, edit or remove a post, this is our prerogative. Complaining about any moderation or administrator actions or non actions can warrant disciplinary action up to removal from this board.

8. Any member determined to be causing disruption may be subject to disciplinary action, up to removal from this board.

9. There is absolutely no advertising allowed in the main forums, it is only allowed in the Promotions/Advertising forum. Do not post advertisements in your signatures without permission. See a moderator in order to ask questions about this rule if need be. Unless it is approved by Admin, do not do it, this includes advertising in other forums.

10. Do not Solicit our sponsors or members to go to other boards. You will be banned for breaking this rule.

11. Spamming will not be tolerated. You will be banned.

12. Do not ask or pm the ladies asking for photos, google vagina and find your own!

13. No talking or inquiring in any way about recreational drugs, whether prescription or illicit. This includes PMs, too. If it is brought to our attention, action will be taken. Conversations about prescription medication for their intended medical purpose is allowed, as is marijuana, as it's basically legal at this point.

Hey there quick question, are we allowed to put our email address in the about section of our profile ? Just want to be sure I'm not breaking any rules. Also , if my user name is breaking rules please let me know haha I read the rules and am now wondering if I'm breaking rules there too and i can't find a way to change my user name.

Your user name is OK, I guess. But keep your email out of your profile, but you can put it within a thread/post on the Advertising section only.

No price lists, no live links, no advertising or even hunting about your business in any area except for the Advertising section. Those are the most common rules which are broken.
