9 ? cups of coffee , its a travel mug so im guessing actual cups
1 scoop protein in one of them cups of coffee
12.8 oz of chicken - it's what I hacked off so I went with it
1 cup white rice
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
1067 cals - 119 protein .. i dont count carbs or fat , i know they're in there some where that's good enough.
Sounds awesome..I get my lumber from a Mennonite fella and his family , the gals all have a spot at the farmers market and sell bread and biscuits , things like that .. she makes a 10lb loaf of Raisin bread you could beat a mule to death with its so dense but its amazing !!!
