Around 18% bodyfat (tried to bulk, went a little crazy lol)
I'm natural
So I plan on jumping into Anabolics/trt eventually I want to blast and cruise but am learning as much as I can before I start. (Been reading and learning as much as I can for the past several years. I want to take a healthy approach to it for longevity in mind.
So I got a blood pressure monitor to see where I'm currently at. I want to know if I am healthy enough to even handle Anabolics. I was wondering how often I should check my blood pressure. And when the best times are.
I plan on checking when I wake up, after exercise, and before bed.
I want to learn what I should be looking for. What is good. What is bad. What the different systolic and diastolic numbers mean. Which ones matter the most etc.
I just got back from the gym and my readings came back
SYS 129 mmHg
DIA 73 mmHg
pulse 108 /min
Is that good or bad post heavy leg session?
Resting rate is usually around
sys 120ish
DIA 74Ish
Pulse 70ish
Anyways any help, tips or advice is much appreciated I'm just trying to absorb as much knowledge as possible. Thanks guys!
