The biggest health benefits of Grapeseed Oil is Oligomeric Proanthocyanidins. OPC's as they are called are naturally occuring stubstances present in a variety of food and botanical sources. They are unique phytochemicals called flavanoids that have powerful antioxidant properties. OPC's are highly water soluble so the body is able to absorb them rapidly. Clinical tests suggest that OPC's may be 50 times more potent than vitamin E and 20 times more potent than vitamin C in terms of bioavailible antioxidant activity.
