As for me I porked up a bit this winter and spring.

16 arms 36.5 waist (cutting now though going under 34 soon)!

Define where the waist is. Too many people think it's where they wear their jeans, instead of evenly around the belly-button height of the midsection.

I'm at 21" and 39.5"

17 and 3/4 on the arms post workout. not sure about the stomach because i don't have a way to measure it at home. 34 on the waist jean size with a 13 inch center pocket.

I am 6-2" and 260lbs

18.5 arms un-pummped, i wear 38 inch jeans, but they are boot cut and i like them a little loose. The problem is my inseam and my humongous glutes and hamstrings lol from deadlifts and squats

i am 37 inches around the belly button. My waist is big and strong like a linebackers form high school football, strongman workouts, power lifting and just my genetics i guess. I have huge wide shoulders and rib cage, my chest is 52 inches

I could never be a bodybuilder because of my genetics, but i dont really care. just want to be big and as strong as i can be

R1 you need a bigger bike you big bastard. Your about the size Id like to get to, im 6'2 245 I want to keep my abs though.

Also like how the biggest MoFo on here SAD immediately clarifies where the waist is. Good stuff

^^haha, when i can afford another bike i would like to get a custom chopper, untill then the R1 will have to do. I love sport bikes and will always keep a sport bike

ABs i never really get them, always get a flat stomach with some separation especially in the upper abs due to squats and deadlifts
