Most of the surgery descriptions from the surgeons have a disclaimer because it can come back because virtually all leave a small bit of gland to keep from having sunken in nipples. It seems to be harder to come back, but it potentially could.

I think even the "top" surgeons like the NYC guys do in fact leave a little tissue despite what Palumbo and others describe. I would definitely be as close to single digits as possible before getting the surgery. I am alotting funds for it myself eventually.

I'm trying to schedule it for next week so I can have all summer to recover and get back in shape so likely will be around 13 14% during the operation
