Hey everybody! I've been consistent about working for the last two years, mainly to get leaner and stronger. Before that I worked out inconsistently and mainly to maintain weight. I've also spent a lot of time reading about nutrition and supplement therapy. I also suffered from poor posture and muscle imbalances so I've been working on improving my posture.
