Hi ,my name is John.Been lifting forever.I am a Retired marine that has been wounded three times!I still lift but cannot lift heavenly on the squats as I was injured!

My goal is to keep active in the gym ,good gear does motivate me more but its hard to find those days!in my 20’s my bench was 425,deadlift 400,squats 380.After my injured where they had to cut out a lots of my quad i am a lot weaker even after a long rehab !I am thankfull to Jesus they didnt amputate it because it was close!So now i do mostly leg press and light weight!I do bench 220 now but thats all!@Ironbro - Do you have any specific training goals? How did you train prior to injury?
