I am looking for a more intense calisthenics program to achieve far superior results then my normal routine. Any help? I also like long walks on the beach.

How has this noob made elite already? I think we need a top down review of how promotions are done even though we did this many times and the board is ran by a guy who has been doing this since before I heard of the internet.
I actually thought for a second I may know this new guy but I was mistaken. I looked up the word calisthenics and it's defined as; " gymnastic exercises to achieve bodily fitness and grace of movement" The guy I know possesses none of that.
