My name is Matt I’m 35, been working out for a good 15 years. 6’1, about 200lbs. No huge gains, been in and out of decent shape for a number of years. Looking to network and see what some of your tricks are to cycling and just generally getting bigger muscle tone all around. I have known a couple people in the past that cycled and got huge, but I no longer have contact with them (one of them being my brother in law who’s been through a world of issues and doesn’t speak to my side of the family anymore. Anyway, enough with that crap. I’ve heard it can do wonders for general well being, energy, sex drive, and being completely yoked would obviously be desirable. If any of you have any input, I’m all ears. In any case, what’s up. Btw I have never done a cycle before in my life, but my general lack of energy and the frustration I’ve had at the gym.. you know. Like 90% of the guys that go to my gym are super yoked but I’m not a people person. Trying to make use of this site to network and possible even find a good source. I’m in the US
