High protein, trace fats, carb cycling to keep your thyroid going strong and glycogen full so it maximizes fat loss minimizes muscle loss.

I'm on anabolic steroids I don't need any fat in my diet the Fat's there as a cholesterol vehicle to help you convert cholesterol into anabolic steroids in your body but I don't need to convert them I'm taking them so I have control over them so I don't need fat

30g of dietary fat daily to aid with digestion and satiation.

30 minutes of cardio 5x per week

10k steps per day

this will yield 1kg of fat loss each week.

this is the basic thermodynamic equation

It's fascinating how different the equation is for fats, enhanced vs. natural.

there is a different stance on this that even enhanced you should be at .3 x bw for fat.

I know of someone (enhanced) who tried trace fats and it impacts sleep and bm's. He moved back to .3.

seems to be highly individual.

Good video, I wish he had his numbers down before trying to say them and do the math off the top of his head, made it a tad more confusing to follow along.

I've previously experimented with trace fats this time around I'm going to go with .3 x BW.

What I am going to implement is the carb cycling every 100 hours.

Already doing the steps and the cardio that he calls for.

Yeah, fats do more for the body than hormone production and energy. We can go pretty low, especially if it's all DHA and EPA, but to go to zero is asking for issues.
