hi everybody I am 39years old, 184cm and 128kg and I want to lose some weight, I have been recommended to do a Testosterone and Winstrol cycle, I am living in Thailand at the moment so it is easy to get everything, but I don't know how much to take and how often to take so was hoping to get some advice or maybe some recommendation about doing some other products instead that are better,

Great first post. Good luck with that. The only thing worse than a fool that gives bad advice is the fool that takes it

I understand your desire to use these drugs, but they don't do what you think they do.

These drugs DO NOT aid in losing weight. In fact they're prescribed by doctors to help people GAIN weight, among other things. But weight loss is not one of them.

Bodybuilders use these drugs during their diets because they are already very lean and carrying extremely large amounts of muscle. In that specific situation only, the drugs aid in helping to retain muscle mass during a harsh diet where their bodies are bordering on starvation.

You are not in that situation. You literally have 200,000+ excess calories on your body in your bodyfat stores. Even on a hard diet, your body is nowhere near starving, as it will readily pull the calories it needs from your bodyfat. This is what you want to happen.

Proper diet and a sensible training program tailored to your goals is the proper course for you.

Can you explain the changes you've made to your diet? What were you eating before, and what are you eating now?

So you're not getting any carbs at all for the most part?

You have quite a bit of reading and research to accomplish prior to using PED's. Everyone starts at the beginning with little to no knowledge of proper diet and exercise. This board is a good resource in that these guys are straight shooters and will deal with you straight.

You're a large guy. On days that you don't train, eat only quality lean meats and vegetables. Try to eat 200 grams of protein per day, or roughly 6-8 palm sized portions of meat/fish/eggs/dairy, depending on how large your palms are. A piece of cooked meat that's the size of a deck of cards is roughly 25 grams.

On days that you do train, add in post workout carbs, which can absolutely come from rice and potatoes, or fruit if you prefer.

Eat 3-5 meals per day. Get quality sleep. Don't drink alcohol.

Either count your calories and adjust the number you eat based upon your results, or eat the same exact meals each day, and make them slightly smaller when the scale stops moving for a week.

Train hard, do a little cardio regularly, and go for longer daily walks ideally after meals.

Weight will come off fairly quickly and consistently if you do this.

A average day for me is like at morning I have some fresh watermelon juice (no sugar) and some fruit apples or bananas at lunch and dinner I have chicken or fish

But you guys recommend eat more times a day 4-5 instead of 3 and carbs after I train

This information is sparse and doesn't really tell us much of anything. I'm guessing you don't actually log your meals in a diary/log?

Typically you'd have a break down of each meal, and every ingredient used to make that meal.. ideally with a break down of the total grams of carbs, protein and fats in that meal.

You will likely not lose weight if you aren't tracking your diet. Fix that immediately, and buy a food scale while you're at it so that you can measure everything accurately.
