I'm vic I've been lifting most of my life im here for guidance .. im 6'0 240 powerlifter turning bodybuilder. bodyfat under 20 range.
my goals are to look the best i ever have. bench is at 315 for 6 reps squat 405 for 6 are my best lifts at the moment but i guess that really doesnt matter in body building.

Welcome aboard Vic; nice first post.

First piece of advice from someone who has done both; get that idea out of your head that heavy power movements don't matter. That seems to be one of the big mistakes when people transition from PLing to BBing. Guys who built a huge back and legs with DL and squats now think they need to do leg extensions. lol

Think PowerBuilder my friend. BTW, they hate that term here. :32 (17):
