I'm vic I've been lifting most of my life im here for guidance .. im 6'0 240 powerlifter turning bodybuilder. bodyfat under 20 range.
my goals are to look the best i ever have. bench is at 315 for 6 reps squat 405 for 6 are my best lifts at the moment but i guess that really doesnt matter in body building.
