What is happening UG? A lot of you know me, some don't I have been around a long ass time and took a leave of absence from here for a bit. I recently checked back in here and decided that I would start a new log. I had to delete my last one for specific reasons. Thanks for doing that for me @Send0
A little about me. I am 35, 14 years Army vet, and now a civi working full time in a position that I love. Have way too many kids, and yes, I know what causes that. But my pull-out game is nonexistent, and I didn't plan on changing that, so vasectomy it was! I have been in the gym since I was about 14. Fell in love with BBing at an early age. Read and researched all I could on it. Eventually went to school for exercise science as well. I have some experience in training/coaching others in a few different areas. I have some pretty decent knowledge and a lot of experience, but always learning more. You will see some different approaches to my training throughout my log, I am sure. However, I am very big on intensity overall. I mostly train for hypertrophy, but I do like to keep my strength decent. Feel free to follow along and interact with me as I log. Happy to be back on UG and looking forward to logging. Also, looking forward to helping UG get back to its roots. Here are a few recent pictures of me. One from this morning and the other two within the past two months.
I am currently sitting at 259. Down from 278. I am 5'8. Working towards dropping to around 220 for right now while maintaining lean tissue and reassessing once I am there. First pic is from this morning.
