I got bloods done a few months ago and my total was at 605... They didn't do a free test.

I have gained a decent amount of muscle natty and I don't really feel like my test is super low, but I don't sense it to be super high either. I eat really clean and avoid stuff like oils, fried stuff, soy, etc. My sleep could be better because I usually go to bed too late but I generally still get 8 hours. And I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and push myself hard.

I get that in the modern day reference range 605 is "good" and like dead center, but I believe it probably would be a low number if we didn't live in a world of sedentary obese people full of toxic chemicals in our food and micro plastics. Like I said, I'm 27 and I've never used PEDs.

Your test is good , don't be fool , you need nothing. By the way Total Test is not so indicative. Next time ask to do these tests : Total test. , SHBG , Albumin ..... then go to this website

https://www.issam.ch/freetesto.htm

It's a link where your can calculate your free test. percentage + Test .biovalability wich is what you need. You just write your SHBG,albumin and Tot.Test. numbers in the appropriate boxes.
Another advice is do not stress yourself with the blood works, at the end symptoms are what really matters. I know people feeling sick with 900 of total test. and others feeling great with 350 . Sometime it depends on the biovalability .

If you are feeling fine and doing what you want don't get bent out of shape by some moderate numbers.

I just feel low energy alot, and I've been force feeding myself for quite a few months now to hit macros and I don't feel very hungry anymore just getting mentally and physically burnt out of eating and training to a degree although I still love training. But generally always feeling tired. It could just be a mental thing

Or it could be my diet, since I eat almost the same thing every day. I do take a lot of supplements religiously. But I just want to feel like I have energy again instead of always being tired. It's a rare day that I feel good in the morning and actually have the energy to do what I need to do during the day and the mental energy to focus.

It could be stress related too, I am always stressed out.

Usually 200mg in the form of a Celsius. I would like to get off caffeine completely.

My sleep hygiene isn't great. I always look at my phone before bed and I usually go to bed way too late. Alot of times my work starts late so I'm able to sleep in and still get 8 hours but my circadian rhythm is not good.

Sleep is the single thing that so often gets overlooked in our health, and really one of the easiest to fix. Have you ever been checked for apnea? Daytime tiredness after a full nights sleep and caffiene is usually a clue.

Couldn't agree more, quality sleep is so incredibly important.

My 311 total testosterone with 4.5 pg/mL free is currently being treated by a doctor versus a clinic. His goal is to get me between 600 and 700 total testosterone with about 9 pg/mL free. I'm currently prescribed 50 mg of Cypionate per week, but since I have leftovers, am taking 60 mg per week until the month before labs, lol. So far, I feel good.

Unfortunately, the HRT clinics letting me run 1,200 to > 1,500 total testosterone took its toll on my body with RBC, HCT, and blood pressure, despite donating blood every 8 weeks. Don't get me wrong, I felt great, but 8 years at those levels didn't do me any favors.

I'm not going to advise an adult on whether or not use peds. Just fully educate yourself on the benefits and harm of doing so.

I mean. I wasn't really asking if I should or shouldn't. I'm sure I probably will at some point in the future, most likely not soon, but I just wanted to know how my number is
