Made me think of them as Mr Upper Body not having legs to show then I thought this is what happens when you don't squat or deadlift but all them thoughts went away when I realized how tiny these guys are when the lady walked on stage and is bigger then all of them. "Nice ass on her."

With that said they are some pretty damn jacked little dudes and like Braw said not all people are big.

I trained legs consistently until my hip haven't been able to squat since mid feb but I still work them. I have 26 1/2 inch thighs and 17 inch calves my legs match my body. Not all guys can build legs ive seen guys who I thought never trained legs because they walked on sticks squat big weight. It has to do with genetics at least this gives people like me a chance to be healthy and compete. If you don't think its hard work try it sometimes. I would body build but I'm not going to be able to get as thick as I need too.

i was blessed with the worst genetics you can get when it comes to legs. but there is a difference between having bad genetics and straight not trying. you can tell how small these guys legs are in their little shorts. i see these fools at the gym slammin weight around and being a ass on chest day, arm day, and even shoulder day. Then leg day comes around and they r in the gym for around 30 mins and dont break a sweat. And then you hear them complaining about genetics. Genetics can hamper you... but too many people use it as a crutch

I'm working with a "physique" competitor right now as a client.

He competes at 6'2" @ 207 and 7% body fat.

He is competing as a "Pro" for the first time this August.

He has done a great job of building his physique toward his goals. Guy can follow instructions and works his butt of as well.

Oh, he is also 43 years old.

I was training to compete in the Physique catagory for 2013. I've had to drop out due to ongoing issues. I will say anybody that has not trained for physique and thinks that you don't train legs is crazy.

The point has already been made so I will whip the dead horse. Not everybody has the genetics to become a professional body builder....honestly I doubt that many people here are pro body builders....if so, feel free to correct me, then please post some fucking pictures.
Physique also is a great entry point for people that want to become pro bodybuilders.

The board shorts are a little gay....but honestly, don't you think the banana hammocks the pro wears aren't gay?

Anyway, so ends my high estro post

Whether you step on stage for physique or step on stage for bb, you have to have dedication. I respect anybody who dedicates themselves to training, dieting, and having the balls to step on stage and have a crowd of people looking at them with judges critiquing thier form. My girls doing a show in bikini class. She's 6 weeks out now. She's worked her fucking ass off and has struggled both mentally and physically to stay on track but except for a few minor slips, she's kicking fucking ass and could probably out train some people on this board and has a stricter diet then half the people on boards. Even though she's doing bikini doesn't mean she's not doing shit. Just like just because its physique, doesn't mean they haven't worked thier ass off to get stage ready. Unless you have great genetics and a diet like cashouts 100% of the time, or stay on gear 24/7, I'd say over 75% of people on boards will never be big enough to step on stage as a BB. Like I said, it all takes dedication and I respect anyone who has that dedication. Unless you're a gay stripper that fucks fruit.

That is a pic of my client from about a week ago. He is following my off season program now and spent the week in town with me learning how to eat & train to facilitate his goals for the next 3 months.
