Itchy skin - what's the deal

I've had several periods of time where my left pec itches. It's not my nipple and its pretty minor but when it happens i'll need to lightly scratch or rub it throughout the day or days it's going on....just a little itchy.

Is this a sign of estrogen going high or low?

Lol...wtf, for real?

Yeah I do take a pre workout but I take that a lot more often than I get the itchiness.
I dont know if thats the cause but i'll keep an eye on that.

Just took a double look at my pre workouts, one has beta-alanine in it.
Mystery solved.

Not likely since the itching is isolated to the left pectoral.
