Yeah that shit sucks ..no big ranches up here really like Texas or other places , mostly small farms raising a dozen or so extra critters a year just to sell off.

Before we moved and had the space for them I would do 4 or 5 Black Angus every year.
That’s the way to do it!

99% of market beef is black angus. Reason being it’s a breed that guarantees to grade out choice or higher. Folks pay $1.50 a lb more for a choice steak pkg that says black angus on it. But guess what that cheaper plain choice cut steak is black angus as well lol.

Preach that to the gas and beef companies
I've worked for oil companies... not quite the same thing. Their raw materials cost significantly more; and then the refining and testing in a knock lab costs even more. While they make a strong profit, they also aren't marking up the product by 1250% (not a typo, 250/20 is 1250... Even if we say a 10ml vial is $40 then that's a 625% markup) .

Id wager cattle farms and beef processing plants also have high costs. Besides, for beef just buy a half or whole cow direct and take it to be processed yourself. Still pricey, but way cheaper than the grocery store

Yes cattle ranches have high cost. But they are told what they can sell for. If their sell price goes down the cost of market beef still goes up or stays the same.

The problem with your buying a side of beef scenario is 75% of it is ground beef. So why it might seem cheaper at first glance it’s really not for what u get. I mean if u go through 300lbs of 80/20 ground beef and a handful of steaks then ya it’s the way to go. But myself only cares for the steaks. I will get a better ground meat in the form of venison. So 75% or more of a side of beef is a waste for me

What I learned over the years is folks asking a reasonable price for goods and or services rendered do more business over time than the top dollar folks .. and make way more money
True. Guy says he started at 180lbs and 20 weeks later is 202. 22lbs isn't alot in my opinion. He is probably below 15%bf. Or right at. Lifts aren't all that 275bench, 325 squat and 405 deadline for 3. Must be because his base from lack of training was only 6 months.

I don’t know man. I mean if I set up a lemonade stand in my yard for $100 a glass and someone decides to pay it. Why am I the idiot in the situation?
If the buyers think there is no other place to buy lemonade and have no reference as to what a reasonable price for lemonade is, then the person selling the lemonade is really just an asshole.

Show the kid a listing for prices from domestic supply or some run-of-the-mill place, and then ask him if he thinks he should be following his "friend's" advice.

Guy came by. 250lbs and like 5ft6in. Has never lifted a damn weight. I introduced myself and he started talking blahblahblah. Then said to build trust I can get hooked up at 300 a vile because he is taking a risk... BWAHAHA! I told him he was mistaken and that I was not there to get anything...

Told him what I thought of him in a respectful way...kinda.

Then politely asked that he stop recommending shit that he knows nothing about. He said that I should stand down and talk to him with respect
..... well I just told him to get fucking lost and that giving shitty advice and being a fucking retard is not an excuse. I didn't even bring up the pricing...

He drove off in a huff and now the other guy is stressing I messed up his friendship.

Told him it's not your fucking friend and if he wants to lift for the results he wants he can join Me. He is cool about it, just nervous because the guy keeps saying shit to him..

Yet didn't have the nuts to say it to me. Lmmfao. Fucking hustler.

Glad that's done and very proud of myself for not blowing my top. Thank the lord for grizzly wintergreen. It's my 1 vice. Lol

You should tell this guy how badly his boy fucked him.
Also bouncing back and forth only thing I see is fucking with the endocrine system.
Either 300 for the duration or 600 I don’t see any benefit.

One or the other.

I'm no Dr. but I feel once you shut down the testosterone bio loop it's off regardless. Doesn't matter if it's 150mg/wk or 300mg/wk. As for recovery, that's been batted around for ever and is an individual thing. I do feel the duration is the biggest factor in recovery.

I would not do your 8 and six week alternate dosages. I would start with a lower number and work up say 309 to 400 starting a week.
Some doctors have recommended clomid and or HCG or HCG and GnHR throughout a cycle to prevent shutdown or lesson it. Some people who have been shut down for years and could not recover with HCG have had good success with Gonadotropin-releasing hormone GnHR.
And my age to actually prefer shrunken ball sack. Easy to shave easier for my wife to put them both in their mouth like a bag of marbles, Less heat, more airflow, makes dick look bigger, accidentally if I trip and my dick lands in a girl, no babies.
