Hello all, as you might have guessed; Im a new member. I’ve been out the gym for way too long, embarrassingly it’s been about five years and I just got back in a few months ago just trying to get back to what I used to be because right now I’m just a skinny shit. Barely 200 pounds now where my max was about 245. I don’t feel nearly as motivated as I was but that might be a function of age , I’m in late 30’s now. Well… that’s all I have to say I guess. I’m just trying to get jacked! Let’s go!
