Eating is the hardest thing for me because I work out of a truck. It’s hard for me to pack enough food. But I do agree that it is vital to the success of bulking.

i work out of a truck as well, and still manage to pack 3 meals, a shake and some snacks to take on the road with me every single day. Throw it all in containers and into a grocery bag with some frozen water bottles to keep fresh. Eat between service calls. You'll get used to eating cold food after awhile, best way is to think of it is as fuel not food.

take gibs advice.. Trust me and everyone else.. you’ll be hungry enough to eat it haha. And if you currently have a little trouble eating a lot, Just maybe try and limit caffeine intake, as that is a stimulant and appetite suppressant.
