i gave up on legs lol not to make excuses but man i am doing min 12 hours days up to 16 hours not including 2 hour drive roundtrip right now i am struggling to even make it into the gym 4 days a week have a dispatcher that is off his dad died drivers keep crying im short staffed shoer equipment and i am doing alot of the work myself i know excuses but i hate doing legs and if i can barely get in to the gym gonna do shit i enjoy
