Nac and tuduca are a great combo. Both can be found on amazon for cheap. Month supply of tuduca $20 and month supply of nac $5-10.

Live 52 is good as well if you can find it domestic. Sometimes can be found on eBay for domestic shipping.

-Nac 1200mg's everyday
-Tuduca 1000mg's everyday

Try milk thistle and TUDCA.
Your numbers are not alarming. Although, what you are using I wouldn't expect and increase in liver values at all. Actually, this has my mind racing. I have no idea about the ADHD meds you take, if they could be the reason your enzymes are elevated? Test isn't hepotoxic and you're not using much.
What happened to Adderall for ADHD. It's probably all these other drugs they are giving you because the DEA has a hard on for drs that prescribe Adderall. I've used Adderall for years and never had elevated liver enzymes, if that is the reason.
Do some research on the ADHD drugs you are on and possibly bring it to your phychiatrists attention. I know as much about ADHD( because I have it and it affected my life greatly) as I do about bodybuilding and any phychiatrist, if he's being truthful, will tell you the only fool proof way to treat ADHD with medication is a stimulant. If you really have life altering ADHD you should be on a stimulant medication. Seems the popular choice these days is becoming Vyvanse.

I couldn't help but look into this.
Google "Atomoxerine liver side effects" and I think you have your answer.

I would ask your Dr for a stimulant and get of the Wellbutrin and strattera and the other drug. All you need is the right dose of Adderall or ritilin or I guess Vyvanse and incorporate some coping strategies into your life and you can handle ADHD.
Gooducl man

After talking with my mom sounds like fatty liver is hereditary so I relayed the info to my doctor and I’m going in to get that either confirmed or not.

I can’t use anything with a stimulant I’m also diagnosed with substance use disorder. I finally got my life back together after my 3rd time in an inpatient treatment center . Im
in recovery working a 12 step program.

I won’t go near Adderal or anything in that manner if my life depended on it . Actually it’s quit the opposite my life depends on me staying the hell away from stimulating substances.

That's a rough situation,.I'm sure I'm quite a bit older than you but my life was a mess until I was prescribed Adderall and saw a therapist who helped me organize my life.
I was able to get a BA in economics and then a law degree when I barely graduated high school.
You sound too young, an assumption sorry if I'm wrong, to have fatty liver or whatever you said is in your family. From what I read , it may be the strattera. It comes right up as a side effect.

I will be 47 this July . If the ADHD meds are playing a factor I’ll drop those and manage with notes . I just got on these meds to actually do something about my ADHD that has played a big factor on my abilities in my career. They help tremendously but if there the root cause to this liver issue I will go back to managing like I used to .

The sticky notes everywhere and keeping up
with my note pads got old but it worked . I wanted a easier way to manage but not if it will risk my health.

I know exactly what you're going through and you're right the journals and reminders get so old but they do help so much.
I truly wish you luck in managing this along with your substance abuse issue.

Everyone has something, there.is a way to overcome these things. You seem persistent about doing something about both problems.

Good luck!

Just got my ultrasound done to either confirm or eliminate fatty liver disease, and I will do labs again right before my follow up appt which is in a month .

@gp0385316 I have some print outs of the liver toxicity strattera can cause certain individuals. I will show my doctor that data and go from there .

So I just found out cinnamon is not good for the liver I use cinnamon in my morning oatmeal every morning. I know that alone isn’t causing the elevated enzymes, but it’s good to know so that’s been eliminated. I’m using nutmeg for an alternative. I also started up 800ius of Vitamin E which can help lower my numbers if I have NAFLD nonalcoholic fatty liver disease .

Be aware that cassia cinnamon is often just labeled as "cinnamon" but its species names include Cinnamomum cassia or aromaticum[Chinese], Cinnamomum burmannii [Indonesian], and Cinnamomum loureirii [Saigon or Vietnamese — also spelled loureiroi].

While a very small amount of cinnamon from time-to- time is safe, a teaspoon a day of cassia cinnamon (the most common form) can be dangerous to the liver. This is because cassia cinnamon naturally contains a significant amount of coumarin, a liver toxin and potential carcinogen.

This isn’t my material I copy and pasted it from an article.

Awesome man, being proactive about your health, as silly as it sounds, many put off and overlook.
