Hi I'm new here,

Female, mid 30's just getting back into lifting and fitness, had a fair few KGs to drop and need to get my muscle definition back.
Found a great site (removed by moderator) that was great for info on what each product does etc so i went ahead and ordered Anavar and semiglutide.
So far so good! seeing some gains and losing fat but i'm kinda freaked out buy the loss of appetite, know i need to stay fuelled in order to lift so what foods/drinks would you suggest for maximum energy?

it's like RIP Piana said : used to be gym membership + supplements for newbies while now they start with gear and maybe if they get some money left they will think about a gym and protein powder. lol

I like to microwave my gear and drizzle it over top of some popcorn. Yum yum 😋
