Looking for advice on self discipline

Struggling going from eating shit and over eating to eating clean.
Been doing strong man for awhile and wanting to switch to bodybuilding.
So I guess my question is how do you deal with lack of self discipline when it comes to food?

Find foods that you enjoy with good macros and prep your meals for the week so you have no excuse to eat junk, track everything to keep yourself honest and make the gym a regular part of your routine. Even if you’re sore/unmotivated/not feeling it, get in there are do it.

There’s nothing in this world that can force discipline on you aside from the military, but if you lack it, you have to make adherence as easy as possible so you don’t slack.

Like motivated , you either is or you ain't.

So what tastes better victory over a weaker self or fucking snakey cakes ?

No drive thru shit
Don't eat shit that comes out of a box
Eat shit thats healthy
Take plenty of shits
Don't take any shit (stress)

Missed this one… For me dieting is pretty dam cut an dry. You have to “WANT” a change. I mean the want has to be greater than the thrill of stuffing your face. Isn’t rocket science and any idiot can do it if they got the guts.

Cutting to me is a lot like cooking a great steak. Minimal ingredients, simple method, yet a small percentage can pull it off for whatever reason.
