There's no a specific number , in these cases genetics and hereditary factors come into play . If you have had any close relatives with prostate cancer or hypertrophy you probably need to be careful using any androgens, expecially DHT's derivates (proviron,primobolan,winstrol,masteron,oxandrolone,etc.). IMHO DHT is much worse than E2 , you can keep it down naturally with stuff like Saw Palmetto, zinc,pumpkin seeds, etc. or chemically with Finasteride or Dutasteride .
