I recently bought one of these. I'm really impressed with the power of this thing. They do have different models. I purchased the $200 jobber. It's 18v rechargeable with 9 speeds and 6 different heads. The only draw back is you'll need a generous partner to use it on your back.

I've been using a short-stroke air hammer with a dent smoothing head for purposes like this.

Percussive massage works.

Just keep it away from you and your wifes soft bits, they ain't like the buzz-buzz kind of massagers.

Been thinking of picking one of these up but wasn't sure if they actually helped/ worked.

I have one.. Does the trick.

Use it on my knee, claves, forearm, chest, shoulder. quads, hams. hips. feet.. Only place I can't get is my back.

I think mine has 20 speeds, and 6 different heads. I only use one of the heads.

If you have any type of soft tissue injury. One of these would be helpful IMO.

A company mobilitybit makes an attachment for a jigsaw that accomplishes this for 20 dollars if you're a tool guy.

How loud is it and how long does the battery last? 9 speeds is awesome...
I got a Theragun about 2 years ago on black Friday that is amazing, only 2 speeds, the higher speed is plenty to rattle ur brain but hurts so good. Came with 2 rechargeable batteries and a bunch of attachments, def a good buy.
Wife's shoulder usually gets tired within 5 mins tho.
Oh and it was on sale for $400 from $600 at the time.

I love my gun. I got the Fit Body Factory gun for $120 (free shipping) & it is like the craftsman of massage gun - very durable.

Love my hypervolt! Great investment for any one who trains hard. It’s a must have! They make so many now a days and not as expensive as they used to be. Just make sure you get a cheapo shitty brand.

I nabbed this one off Amazon a while back on Black Friday for $99.

She's a champ. Holds a charge fer better than a week even if I'm using it regularly. 20 speeds. Good fer working knots out yer quads & glutes, good fer back work as well. Enough power to do the job. My Missus has chronic back pain and I hit her up with it on the regular as well. Just keep it to soft tissue & avoid bones and areas around the spine.
