For the folks that eat 5 to 6 times per day, have you noticed any significant increase in hypotraphy? I currently eat 4 times per day since I enjoy larger meals. I've been told to increase frequency of my meals but I'm unsure if it will make a difference since protein amino acids will be floating around in the body for many hours. I do try to get the bulk of my carbs pre workout meal, intra and post. I can understand 6 meals if its a significant amount of calories but I max out around 2700. Thoughs?
