Steamed burgers are a thing so I'm sure they'll be great. Nice suggestion I love cooking but shit like this is so handy when you're tired.
I didn't add water the the burger, but always with fish. It still steamed off the fats in the burger.

Beef burger did well also, not dealing with the fats as it goes into the bottom tray. Was 93% as well, although not tested. LMFAO

Nope, and I didn't use water, besides it's a 3 piece unit, water is in the bottom tray, food never touches the water.

I do use water with the fish, not the burgers though.

I have been using this steamer for fish for a year now, it's great. Just tried making a ground turkey burger, and it was great as well, took 3 minutes for 1/2lb.

With the fish I add water at the bottom to steam it, but with the turkey I didn't.

Ground beef and bison will be next!

This great while I travel!

I wouldn't use a microwave to cook meat. I have had food poisoning. I never want to do that again.
