In this video, I'm sharing my 4-week body transformation journey, where I've been working hard to get stronger, fitter, and healthier.


I've been doing a combination of weight training, calisthenics, rings, and cardio, and I've also made changes to my diet to support my goals. Good job on sticking it out so far. With all due respect, this is a 'hardcore' bodybuilding forum. Many of us have been training for over a decade, some several decades. There is likely very little we can take in terms of tips and tricks from somebody who's been in the game for a month. I won't be subscribing but I wish you the best and hope you continue with it.
