My steroid cycle bulking for 12 Weeks

Test E: 500 mg/week (250 mg twice weekly)
Deca-Durabolin: 400 mg/week (200 mg twice weekly)
DBOL:30 mg/day (first 6 weeks only)

Let's see ,,, 1st thing aromatizes normally and is expected , 2nd thing aromatizes a fair amount and has other issues along with it , 3rd thing not only aromatizes heavily it could grow tits on a 2x4 .... so Derek before you go bra shopping and pumping breast milk ,,, any idea how you are going to deal with that ?

Or do we just start calling you Manchichi's now ?

Definitely not a cycle for me. I would look like the state puff marshmallow man on all that. Would have to be eating AI’s like candy. I also prefer much longer cycles for a bulk. Something like 20 weeks of just 500 mg test c or 300mg test c with 300mg EQ.

Hey everyone sorry i should have given a breakdown

Age: 28 years old
Height: 5'10" (178 cm)
Starting Weight: 195 lbs (88.5 kg)

Training Style:
Frequency: 5–6 days per week (Push/Pull/Legs split)
Focus: Strength and hypertrophy (progressive overload, moderate-to-high volume)
Cardio: 2–3 sessions per week (mainly for cardiovascular health, but minimal to maximize muscle gain)


Diet Approach (Bulking Phase):
Calories: 4,200–4,500 kcal/day
Protein: 1.2–1.5g per lb of body weight (~250–300g/day)
Carbs: 4–5g per lb (~700–900g/day)
Fats: 0.8g per kg (~90–110g/day)


Macronutrient Breakdown:
Protein: 275g (25%)
Carbs: 750g (65%)
Fats: 110g (20%)


Supplementation:
Creatine Monohydrate (5g/day)
Fish Oil (2–3g EPA/DHA)
Multivitamin
Electrolytes


I plan to run NAC 600–1200 mg/day and TUDCA 500 mg/day and also pct with clomid 50 mg/day for 4 weeks and nolva 20 mg/day for 4 weeks. Already ordered some of them on UPsteroid, just want to know if it is a good cycle before i proceed with my other orders

Your math is wrong.

You're either eating more Cals than you think/intend to, or your macro layout is wrong.

That's good, really good. I don't know anything about you but, if you know what you're doing training and diet wise that's perfect.

Do you have no problems with atomization?? Gyno? Because I didn't see anything your taking to counteract that.

If you dont know my suggestion would be take 10 MGS of noveldex(tamoxifen) a day or raxo. Try to stay away from ais if you can. They are way too tricky to use and a lot of times do more harm than good. Ais a great for getting rid of gyno and for totally drying out if you are competing. Otherwise I would t use them.

Not everyone has aromatization issues. I've known some who can take anything at any amount and never get a hint of gyno.
They do not need to take anything to counteract an issue they do not have

I don't know if he has it or not. If he doesn't know he can do one of two things.

He can just be safe and take 10 MGS noveldex of ralox a day.
Or he can take nothing, have some letro on hand. If he starts developing gyno .625 of letro should get rid of it in a week or less. Then he can switch to a SERM.

I'm really not trying to contradict things guy who seem to be knowledgeable, for the most part, post. If something is posted that is just wrong I think I should post something

This is 100% not true. It is 100% diet dependant, metabolism dependant ECT if someone is going to hold a ton of water on any anabolic drug.

I've used DBOL, ANADROL and test up to 4 weeks out and been completely ripped because my diet and everything else was perfect. This is definitely the biggest myth there is that will not go away it seems.

Just using certain drugs alone will not turn you into a water balloon. What will is taking certain drugs, not knowing what your doing diet wise, eating things you shouldn't eat. If he does what he posted and lives on fast food yes he will look horrible. And his blood pressure will skyrocket. If he does the same thing, eats clean hell out in muscle with limited water retention.

Although, you can also eat clean but simply too much and gain water weight. You don't need 4000 calories a day.

Looks pretty good but your calories are very high. Maybe your metabolism is crazy fast and that's the amount you need, I don't know?
Just mentioning it because most would not need that much.

It was more of a test of what this idiot actually knows about what he's doing and if he shrugged his shoulders it might show him he's not ready to be a needle slave.
