Hey I’m macg1 I broke my tablet can barely see the headings. lol. I have been lifting and training my whole life 45 yrs old now and I’m post massive staph in left foot almost amputated several times but I’m back now both feet in my go fasters and training. 3 yrs off. Holy heck this is a huge accomplishment and I’m just grateful to be able to take part right now. I’ll take over next year lol.
Had a rough go with my other forum everyone gone and trusted source for 12 yrs stealing bitcoin no shipping ever and I just can’t handle it. If I can provide a professional experience from my couch and hospital for 2 years I feel like anybody can if they desire to.
So I’ve been reading posts from this site for years and I’m hoping to find some like minded hard working fun loving s h I t talkers that enjoy the process as much as the end result. I’m all body weight right now 6’3” 260 but I’m too soft still.
Got 3 miles in 26 mins I averaged 19 mins 3 yrs ago. … but last year I couldn’t at all so yeah!! I love leg day for the results not the process lol but I’ll run uphill or row all week for you.
I’ve never had to lose mass in my life. This process iOS new to me and I don’t know what is and isn’t legit advice or supplements beyond common sense like intake and output are directly linked as well as black coffee instead of Dr Pepper lol.
I’ve cut weight to kickbox but I’ve never had to lose 20 lbs and hopefully replace some of the rest with good muscle mass whether same time or before or after. I’ll gladly take advice from those that know how rofl cause I don’t. Took me 10 yrs to get to 215 lbs lol.
