30s, a tad over 6ft, stay in 230-250 range
dont follow super strict routines
no questions right now but maybe in the future
I open up more once I get to know some better
Mainly still getting a feel for this place

Right now it has shifted from strength to staying healthy. Not the way I like it but it has to be this way for the near future.
