Track your macros - Carbs, protein and fat. Free apps like MyFitnessPal, Fitbit will help. Eat healthy fats e.g. avocado or high fibre food e.g. alpine bread to fill up your stomach when feeling hungry. And make sure you meet protein demands.

Well ain’t it a small world, nutritionally speaking. I’m on the verge of gaining weight.

Good luck, I don’t know which is harder sometimes.

The best way to lose body weight. But again it cannot work for a long time. I have tried. Currently, I have replaced one time meal with healthy salads and boiled chicken and veggies. It helped me a lot.

Actually it can work for a long time... The issue is that your maintenance level changes and you have to either diet harder (remove even more calories) or add more activity/cardio.

This is why we never advocate for large caloric deficits. If your progress stalls and you started with an extreme deficits, then it becomes a very difficult task to remove more calories.

Lastly, you don't need to boil chicken. That's just disgusting and unnecessary 😂

Right on brother. I'm on the verge of an olympia win. I just need to get down from 20% bf to 3%. Put on 90 pounds of muscle and qualify.
My first idea is to get a gym membership. Then learn how to lift and what to eat. Perhaps 2025 I will sign up to planet fitness. Samson trains there I've heard. See you at the 2025 olympia. 10 months should be enough.
