Hey guys I’m 38 and been around the lifting scene for over 20 years. I lost my local connect and trying to get some ideas how to keep my gains. Any advice is welcome

Read the rules at the top of this sub-forum please. You'll understand why I'm asking you to do this once you read it.Been eating 2500 calories a day, currently 195 lbs and lift 4 days a week. Was on tren ace 200mg and test 400 mg a week sitting at 225 lbs. lost my connect and weight fell off.
