Hey guys I’m 38 and been around the lifting scene for over 20 years. I lost my local connect and trying to get some ideas how to keep my gains. Any advice is welcome

Eat plenty of protein, be in a slight caloric surplus, and lift heavy on your compound movements as well as any accessories that will allow for it safely.

Been eating 2500 calories a day, currently 195 lbs and lift 4 days a week. Was on tren ace 200mg and test 400 mg a week sitting at 225 lbs. lost my connect and weight fell off.

My guess is, you lost your source and you're here looking for another one. Right?

If you're asking how to keep your gains off cycle, then you should have never been on any cycle. What the gear giveth, the lack of it taketh away.

I don't get why the fuuk people think PED gains can be kept. You're not some girl with small tits who just got implants.
