What’s going on yall!!!!!!!

I am a new member from South Carolina. First time on a forum really. I signed up a couple months ago but didn’t dive too deep into it until today. 36 years old with 2 young kids. I’ve gone to the gym regularly for about 3 years now but was only 132lbs when I started. 160 now but I have started to level off.

Im going to start digging through here. I definitely have a good idea of what I’m looking for on here but just wanted to introduce myself.

Nice. That's a pretty big difference if it's fairly lean weight.
Have you used anything to aid yet?

Wow 132 pounds is just 20 pounds heavier than my wife.
Looks like you know what you want and how to get it so congrats on that.
Also a good intro. Without pics to go on perhaps add a couple liquid meals a day. If you are thin and find it hard to eat this can help.
There is a thread posted a while back in general about the liquid meals guys here have.
Welcome.

This is great advise. Trying to put in muscle with only food is very difficult. Buy a good protein powder and a maltodextrin carb powder and that way you can mix a liquid meal exactly what you want. I usually do 40g of protein with 50-60 g of carbs but whatever is best for you and your goals. Much better than buying a pre made shake like a met rx meal replacement.
