What's up y'all
I've been on this forum before but just now signed up.
I'm 270, 6'3, and have been working out on and off for about 4 years.
I wasn't in the gym much throughout 2024, but I'm just now getting back, and I gained a couple of pounds (40) after losing 70 pounds throughout 2023.
So, I'm back on the cut, trying to lose all this blubber, but honestly, I haven't lost too much muscle mass. I would say my arms are looking better than ever.
Nonetheless, I have a lot of body fat that needs to be burned off.
My non-compound lifts haven't changed but my squat and bench have dropped in weight.
I went from squatting 505 at 250 to 405 for 2.
But I think it'll come back it has just been a couple of months since I had trained.
So yeah that's about it.

Welcome. Big squats dude. Must get some bad rubbing rash with those big legs. Drop 15% of your body fat and that will help reduce some fat between those thighs.
Having to wear bike pants in summer all day because my legs were too big isnt something I miss.
