Hello everyone, I wanted to introduce myself. I am 39 yrs old 5'11 192 lbs 10% bf been working out for 10 yrs and have cycled for the past 3 yrs. I still have a lot to learn and I'm hoping this is the place where I can learn good solid information as there are so many sites that contradict themselves and make things very confusing. It gets old trying to weed through all the BS out there. Been checking this site out and so far I see that people on here really try to help people out and not just bash everyone for lack of knowledge. we all have to learn somehow so therefor I registered and I'm looking forward to what this site has to offer.
