I am Nadalgo, was a frequent browser of another australian board which looks like it's been shut. Untimely as my supply is dwindling and looks like my guys not responding either. Powerlifting for a few years focusing on my aesthetics now, trying to cut to 6ish% bf and will hopefully reach it within the next few months
