Hey,
I am intermediate lifter and signed up here because this place is exactly what im looking for, so much info! Glad to be here :)
Also just got done with my first blast, and ran to some problems after stopping. I was looking for a knowledgeable place to learn more about all of this stuff to not fuck up myself again🙏

Age, height, weight?
What does your current training/diet look like?

Goals is to get bigger everyday
23yo 185cm 214lbs
PPL 6 days a week sundays off. Diet is basic clean stuff a little bit cheating here n there, gotta not forget to enjoy and live life too💪

List your training and diet in detail. What you wrote is such a high level view that it actually tells us nothing about either your diet or training. 😂
