I don't know what to tell you... go see the doctor and explain your issue with trying to gain weight.

Alternatively, eat even more food.

You seem to be giving answers that implies you are doing everything "right", if that's true then no one here can help you beyond the advice I mentioned above.

Darn so just eat even more food and go to the doc. And get rid of my fear of gaining fat, I mean I'm happy with the look and shape after a workout but want it to just be bigger but as cut

no amount of post workout pump will suddenly give you pecs and abs when you had not even an ounce of visible muscle mass previously. Even your love handles are gone, where they are prominent in your other picture.

Something smells rotten in here buddy.

That pic was about a month maybe alittle more thats I stopped taking gym pics bc I can definitely tell I've been fattening up but for some reason it's not weight gain but I'm not malnourishing myself so I shouldn't have lost any muscle which is what originally had me scared is that maybe when I'm working out I'm not eating enough to keep my body from using muscle cells instead for recovery or that I didn't give them enough rest and recover time so that the muscles just keep tearing down?

What you described makes zero sense. If you are getting fatter, but weight is staying the same, then you'd be losing muscle mass. However that should be impossible at 3700 calories.

Either you are measuring your food wrong, your scale is broke , or you have some muscle wasting disease that scientists have yet to identify 🙄.

No one here will be able to help you, because your story doesn't make sense nor does it add up. The law of thermodynamics doesn't change from person to person.

Continuing to ask for help here will just be a waste of your time, and everyone else's time too.

Go see a doctor, or go eat more food than you are currently eating. That's the only advice anyone will be able to give you.

For fucks sakes... Read my post again... if you are getting fatter, but weight is staying the same, then the only possible conclusion is that you are losing muscle mass. However if you are really eating 3700 calories then that should be pretty much impossible.

So I can't say if you are or you aren't, because the "facts" to your "story" are all over the place and they don't make sense. The math just ain't mathing.

Now stop asking questions because no one here will be able to help you. Go eat even more food, or go to the doctor and ask why you aren't gaining weight. No one on this forum will be able to help you.

Stop asking stupid questions that no one can give you answers to.

Fsir enough thanks for your help

Seriously, if this isn't fake, go to the Dr and explain the situation, and ask for your thyroid to be checked.

Being a 125 lb adult male while eating 3500-4000 Cals per day, and not doing extreme endurance training....it doesn't add up.

I eat around that much, and nobody believes me, either. And I'm 195 lbs.

I'll call them and see when I can set up an appointment, I hope its nothing serious even though to be honest I have no clue what a thyroid even does but I'll look that up too, I appreciate the help trying to point me in the right direction
