And you maintained 125lbs while only eating 2000 calories?Umm it took me forever to be able top eat this much so if I had to guess probably only 2000ish
no amount of post workout pump will suddenly give you pecs and abs when you had not even an ounce of visible muscle mass previously. Even your love handles are gone, where they are prominent in your other picture.
What you described makes zero sense. If you are getting fatter, but weight is staying the same, then you'd be losing muscle mass. However that should be impossible at 3700 calories.That pic was about a month maybe alittle more thats I stopped taking gym pics bc I can definitely tell I've been fattening up but for some reason it's not weight gain but I'm not malnourishing myself so I shouldn't have lost any muscle which is what originally had me scared is that maybe when I'm working out I'm not eating enough to keep my body from using muscle cells instead for recovery or that I didn't give them enough rest and recover time so that the muscles just keep tearing down?
