I'll call them and see when I can set up an appointment, I hope its nothing serious even though to be honest I have no clue what a thyroid even does but I'll look that up too, I appreciate the help trying to point me in the right direction

I'm not a dr, so it might not be that, but I have known a few who have hyperthyroidism, and one with hypothyroidism.

The ones who have hyper were really skinny, ate all they want, never gained an ounce.

Doesn't hurt to ask your Dr, or even for a referral to an endocrinologist, as that would be an area of their expertise.

I only have 3 things to say and I will say them in order of importance.

#1 first insist your doctor gets you in for (A full hormone) bloodtest. As suggested by cj make sure it does all the thyroid and blood sugars. In my country you ask for a full hormone test. Not sure what it is called in yours.

#2 stand on your bathroom scales and get your weight. Them pick up four big cola bottles and see if the number for your weight goes up the correct amount. In my country 8 litres of cola is very close to 8kg. I have no idea of quarts to pounds ratio. Cj would know for sure. That is a cheap way to check your scales. Don't use gym weights they aren't accurate unless they are proper weightlifting quality.

Last of all find the return key and make paragraphs. They look so cool and make it easy for me to read.

Don't give up my friend. If no one wants to talk or help you in the future pm me any time. But for now you have plenty of support. Just never give up. You have a goal and it is a good one.

Perhaps start a log in the training log area so we can all keep an eye on you. Help is here.

Follow all that advice by cj sen0 and the others and you will be the champion you want to be.

Lmao no its working, only week old batteries too, everything I go to planet fitness I weigh in also with theirs but I don't really trust theirs either, at my physical a couple weeks ago it said 125ibs 7oz
I was under the impression that Planet Fitness does NOT have scales.

I will do all of the above, thanks so much.
Also I wouldn't have thought they would bc of the whole "no judgment" thing but the one here in evansville indiana keeps it near the changing/ shower area
