Good age to return. I was 48. Still can't believe the gains I made in the first year, and the injuries in the second year, lol.

Well, I’m about to turn 50 in 4 months . Havnt touched a weight ( until 2 weeks ago) since I was in my late 20s . Plan on ringing in 50 in as good or better shape than my 20s !! Well, it’s my plan anyway 😂😂

I’ve always been decent size . I know how to train , and know how to eat right . But I have never done both together. Now I have the discipline to eat much “cleaner” , but I have to keep the gym in the equation now !! I ‘m 5’10 , 230 lbs. A fairly lean 250 lbs by xmas , is all I’m asking from Santa !

I’ve started with low weights. And more reps . 5 days a week . I don’t feel the need to out bench anyone these days , lol

Don't neglect the 5-10 range. Good happy medium between heavy and light.
