good afternoon ladies n gents! im the new guy on here. Just looking to expand my knowledge and expand my network. I have been lifting for about 6 years. i am not a new guy to lifting. JOMO referred me to this website because i have asked him for ways to exceed the level i am currently in.

i am 5'9 i weigh 200lbs

bench:315X4
squat:345X4
deadlift: 405X4

i was always a slimmer guy always trained to be faster but also explosiveness. i started powerlifting about a year and a half ago and i love it. i have always had issues with my knees so never really had the chance to train them the way i am supposed to. I have known JOMO for years and he knows about my issues and when i asked him he referred me to this page for some hekp so i am really looking forward to talking to the insighters
