On 4iu before bed each night. Been on for about a month. Loving it except for the numb hands while trying to sleep. It’s literally wrecking my sleep. I feel like I’m awake more than asleep while in bed. But I’m making steady progress so I’ll deal with it.

Are there any tricks to help this? I wouldn’t expect to have this issue on such a moderate dose.

You may only feel it in your hands right now, but your skull, jaw, and feet are probably growing/deforming, too.

Lower the dose as suggested by @CJ and @SFGiants but don't expect it to just go away instantly, it can take months.

What happens is by introducing excessive amounts of GH your body retains way more fluids and sodium. The extra fluid swells up the synovial tissues within the carpal tunnels (we have several , even in our head) and that puts pressure on the median nerve running through it.

This begins median nerve compression and that's what is causing your pins and needles and numbness.

It is also known that GH can cause median nerve enlargement with extensive use over time and that can cause the same compression issues , but I wouldn't expect that after only short time use.

Plus, the bones, cartilage, etc... can actually grow is size, causing major issues. Acromegaly.

you ever wonder why so many weightlifters at high level end up with Bells Palsy like Thor ? ,,, there is a carpal tunnel that runs through your face.

One of the reasons they couldnt remove all the bullet fragments from my head , too close to the median nerve and a place where it connects to others.

Same happened with me hands hurt so fucking bad had to get up to shake off the pins and needles . Eventually it’s counter productive can’t grow if you ain’t getting no sleep also after a couple weeks your training will take a nose dive . I went down to 2 IU’s and slowly worked up.

I started off at 4iu, had the same issue, my whole arm was dead. Dropped to 3iu and just my hands. Dropped to 2iu and it went away, sometimes get a little back if I change supplier.

It’s not worth the interrupted sleep and long term downside, at 2iu my levels are still highly elevated and I feel general well being benefits alongside better recovery.

Yup definitely back it off if getting the tingling hands.
Most can get to 4iu before having any issues, however seems like 2 and 3iu at a time is what most are using per injection

I'm going through it right now.

It started when I got to 6 ius. Painful, swollen hands at night, waking me up and preventing me from falling back asleep. But most of the swelling and all of the pain went away when I get up. I gave it two nights before it got to be too much.

I skipped a day, and it all went away. Started back up on 4 ius for a couple of days, no issues. Bumped to 5 ius last night, and it happened again. Dropped back to 4 ius tonight, hoping for the best.

It really hurts, you just can't get it to go away unless you get up. I need my sleep!!!!

Dropping to 4 ius last night took it from painful to just annoying. Didn't interrupt my sleep.

I’ve been off GH for like 3 weeks. My hands still occasionally get numb during the night.

It sucks.
How are you liking it otherwise?
I responded very well to it. Had to come off after two months to address some gyno. Gonna go back on week after next hopefully

Honestly, just like every other drug... I feel nothing. But I'm reserving judgment, after all, I bought 1,600 ius of it. 😂
