The outside of my right arm/shoulder is killing me. Its just higher than the halfway point between my elbow and shoulder. It hurts when I do any kind of pressing and also when squatting. It does not hurt doing tricep work. This time I noticed it 3 weeka ago during my 4th set of triples on bench.
Last year I hurt the same spot and it took several months of light training to get over it. I really don't want to go through that again. Does anyone else have a problem with this spot? Are there any exercises I can do to reduce the pain? This stretch does feel like it directly addresses the injured area, but stretching before training makes no difference in the pain.
