Hey everyone! I’m looking for advice from anyone who’s experienced something similar. About a month and a half ago, I was pushing hard on incline dumbbell bench presses when my left arm gave out during a tough rep. I had some throbbing pain in my shoulder leading up to that, so I knew I was close to an injury.

Since then, I’ve been unable to do any overhead presses. The pain is mainly in my upper chest where it connects to my collarbone, and it radiates into the left side of my neck. I’ve been using BPC-157, which has helped with the chest pain, but my neck still hurts.

Does anyone have stretches or exercises that might help? Thanks in advance!

Possible supraspinatus injury but could be nerve or something else.

I did tear my rotator cuff and labrum in this shoulder a year ago, so that would make sense.

Yes if that was torn everything else around there would have carry a proportionally larger load then designed from my experience. Leading to more wear, tear and inflammation.
