Hey boys ... as it is a drink 1 to 2 protein shakes per day .. but I am starving around 3pm (2 to 3 hours before gym if working out after work) or dinner.

Do you have a protein bar recommendation? Something that does not taste like paper would be nice or have sugar like a Snickers bar (please).

I use to exclusively drink Syntha Six chocolate peanut butter protein but I'll admit I have been drinking my share of FariLifes recently with 30 grams of protein at only 150 calories ...
However I need a bar or something different protein source .. I've eaten so many cans of tuna and cottage cheese over the years. Please suggest alternatives that work for you.

I understand your need for a protein bar recommendation that is both tasty and doesn't contain excessive sugar. Here are a few options you might find appealing:

1. Quest Nutrition Protein Bars: These bars come in a variety of flavors and are known for their great taste. They typically have around 20 grams of protein per bar and are relatively low in sugar compared to other options.

2. RXBAR: These bars are made with simple, wholesome ingredients and contain around 12 grams of protein per bar. They come in various flavors and are known for their natural taste without any added sugars.

3. ONE Protein Bars: These bars are available in a wide range of flavors and provide around 20 grams of protein per bar. They are low in sugar and are generally regarded as having a good taste.

4. NuGo Slim Bars: These bars are specifically designed to be low in sugar and high in protein. They contain around 15 grams of protein per bar and come in different flavors.

Remember to check the nutritional information and ingredients to find the best option that suits your dietary preferences and goals. It's always a good idea to try a few different brands and flavors to find the one that you enjoy the most.

There are cheap af, I can get them for like a dollar a bar at some places. This flavor and a couple of the peanut buttery/ chocolate chippy kind are good too; don't get chocolate deluxe its like a brick, and the cake type flavors are ass. I prefer these over something like candy. Kept breaking and eating the whole box last cut

Didn’t have that human touch
Next advice will be... Please consult your health care provider before starting any new resistance training program.

I disagree. Any normal person on an underground body building forum would say that……😂
